specially the fat around belly the most dangerous that leads to all kinds of diseases,
some diseases you dont even feel it until too late. Ethiopians tend to store fats around belly, it could be our diet.
For example, If you suffer from diabetes(sikuar) reduce carbohydrate, eat protein.
if you suffer from high blood pressure reduce salt intake,
ready made foods contain too much salt and sugar.
So, eat little, burn as much through physical activities, it does not have to be gym,
it could be walking, cycling, even doing work around the house,
dont sleep when your stomach is full, eat at least two hours before bed.
