This is a good lesson to Ethiopians culture putting on weight and unhealthy lifestyle.
This peripheral artery disease can be controlled if you control your body weight, walk a lot,
less fatty food, less carbohydrate, less salty food, less sugary food, no tirre siga, no smoking,
eat shirro, misir, Qollo, suf, nuts, beans, sweet potato, fruits, lots of vegetables,
no white bread made from refined powder or Deqiqa, eat whole grain brown bread like difo dabo.
I think this brother has diabetic as well, Ethiopians are vulnerable to high blood pressure and diabetic,
which leads to kidney or heart disease, people think diabetic is caused by eating sugar, no!
one of the biggest problem of Ethiopians is fat belly or borch around stomach.

Come on let us help this brother, two hours wage each can cover his expenses.
helping country means doing what we could.
He should be strong, not losing hope, it is the power of brain that changed the world, not limbs.
He should be positive, he should watch paralympians winning gold medals.
