I do not like massive muscles like the black guy too ugly, too much chemical gone into building unusual abnormal muscles. drinking shitt protein, steroid, eating massive meals, too many magnesium, you will get heart attack. I like Ronaldo or David Beckham body shape, fit but not too much muscles. Habesha guy on the video is ok but do not be any bigger. work on legs and neck, I have seen muscular guys with tiny necks. you would know stonge man from the neck like mike tyson and wide wrists.
