I think it was a misunderstanding beween the two and the point of disaggrement is more of personal issue than party issue. But can it be a news? was the argument between the two a big deal? Can't we expect argument? Why don't make a news about the content of the press conference and the party's stand in that regard?

These are the politicians who effectively destroyed the opposition political movement. My generation can not count on these old farts to lead us for a better Ethiopia tomorrow. In the hind sight, Lidetu is by far mature, well organized, and articulate and purpose driven politician with the potential to lead my generation tomorrow.

KuZa,

It is true we do need a new direction and that comes out of nowhere but the youth. I would not be naive as to deny that we some how are living the political shadow of the past but it is understandable we are. My point is we are optimist and capable enough to break away.

By the way am for MAN U. I long for the triple this time, dont you? -)

hahaha, i understand the fact that one can't through a whole generation in one box, but i was trying to be self critical, my friend, - i'm a youth myself. Which successful young ethiopian group/organization that had a great impact on the nation do you know, be it political or none? if we are being honest with ourselves, most of the time, we are repeating the same mistakes all over again. I say, we need a new direction.

KuZa,

Let me tell you a rhetoric am fade up with. The rhetoric that the youth aint responsiple enough, I understand that this isnt exactly what you are claiming but the notion of your suggestion directly reflects what stated above. On what basis are you judging the youth (including me) ? I believe the youth or citizens for this matter should take responsibilities for no precisley responsible society exists on earth.

What am wondering is how responsible is responsible enough to run a nation? aint it be an offense to our (the youth) intellect to simply label us as irresponsible? Bless!

You are right, hahaha. But the fact of the matter is the young generation needs to start taking responsibilities, and engage in national matters. Gizew ahun new! sayalifilin gizew endayalifibin!
