From my personal experiences, Minew shewa has a good record of breaking keeping promise as advertised. i remember advertising a concert promised to run untill 5AM in Atlanta during the 2011 Ethio-American football program. the concert was cut short three hours early. Attendants were so mad of the broke promise and refused to come out and saying " LEBA LEBA" in one loud voice and felt robbed. That is why when i hear Minew shewa name i wasn't surprised !!Hope both parties learn from their mistake!!

Jacky, Chase the money and when it is gone, as in the case for many artists, you go back where you started. I advise you to chase your dream, if that is your dream, and the money should follow that. Take Teddy Afro, our favorite young artist, you can learn a lot of lessons from him, one of them could be just to be humble. I bought your ticket, expecting to see another rising young star but you messed it up. I tell you, I won't attend your show for free from now on. Good luck.

First of all Jacky is a very talented person it doesn't matter he has one song or two or living in exile took white people money those white took African money too let’s stop to be mean one another this is the reason we stayed poor and poor lets one talented person shine like a sun. The argument can solve in family or friends court but the other guy I doubt he has a paper to show except mail, text and phone records if that is the case he is a loser. For Jacky come back on summer because Teddy had his show in few states in America, I don’t think most people can afford to pay two times in this bad economy.

As I have heard it from both sides Jacky sounds as if he is at fault. Otherwise, there is no reason to ask forgiveness from the public. My advice to you is, just perform for the love of art not money. It is well known that, Ethiopian Artists are underpaid. But the love of their people goes with them to eternity. Look at Dr. Tilahun, He will always be in our hearts.
