Consider substituting: whole wheat bread for processed, white bread. Diet coke for regular soda. vegetable for red meat. Exercise to sedentary life style. If you swap those low calori foods and drinks to the calorie loaded,fatty, and sugery ones, you will see the change soon.Unless you start to take steps now, your weight begins to spiral out of control and result in a big dent on your self stem.
